Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (A.S.I.S.T.)


The suicide intervention workshop is a two day intensive, participatory course designed to help caregivers recognize and assess persons at risk of suicide.

Based on the Living Works model, the workshop is suitable for any person in a position of trust including professionals and volunteers.  Facilitated by fully certified trainers, Living Works is the most widely used suicide prevention training worldwide.  To date, over 100,000 individuals have been trained through Living Works.  Offered regularly, the workshop addresses attitudes, knowledge, skills and resources, giving participants a unique and effective model to follow.
